Privacy
This page explains what we collect when you sign up on get.tooition.com, and why. Your Tooition account itself is covered by the app's own privacy policy. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your information. Ever.
- We don't use advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this site.
- We don't add you to anyone else's mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. To keep bots off the signup form we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automation. Our headline font is loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
The page remembers how you arrived (the campaign tags above) in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so it can be included with your signup.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Signups are stored in a Cloudflare database. Only the Tooition team can access it. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and send email (currently Cloudflare, and an email delivery provider when we start sending), and they may only use your data to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. Rate-limit records are deleted after about a day.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- See, correct or delete your data: email support@tooition.com from the address you signed up with and we'll do it.
Children
This signup form is for music teachers, not students. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children here. Inside Tooition, parents create and manage accounts for younger students; that is covered by the app's own privacy policy, which you'll see when you set up your studio.
